Booking & reservations
How soon should I reserve my inflatable?
For the best selection, book as soon as possible — our inflatables are reserved first come, first served. Booking one month in advance typically ensures you'll find exactly what you want. That said, you can reserve up until 2 days before your party. For same-day or next-day bookings, give us a call to check availability.
What kind of deposit do you require?
We require a 10% deposit when you make your reservation, with the balance due at delivery. You also have the option to pay in full at the time of booking. At delivery, we accept cash, check, or the credit card used for your deposit.
Is it okay to tip?
Absolutely! Our drivers work hard to deliver and set up equipment — some pieces weigh up to 450 lbs. If you're happy with the job your setup crew did, a gratuity is always appreciated but never expected.
Delivery & setup
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to all of Prince William County and surrounding areas within 10 miles of our warehouse (Nokesville, VA 20181) — including Manassas, Centreville, Haymarket, Gainesville, Woodbridge, Fairfax, and more. Areas outside that radius are subject to a minimum $25 delivery fee. Not sure if you're covered? Give us a call!
What is your delivery charge?
Free delivery, setup, and breakdown within our free delivery zone. Areas outside the zone are subject to a minimum $25 fee depending on distance. Your rental will be set up and ready before your scheduled time, and we return at the end to handle all breakdown.
Can the inflatable be set up in a driveway or cul-de-sac?
We prefer a smooth, grassy area, but paved driveways are also fine. Please note this on your booking form so we can bring an underlayment and use sandbags instead of stakes to secure the inflatable properly.
Can I have my party at a park?
Yes! Most parks require their own reservation forms, which you'll need to complete. If there's power at your shelter, we can use it — otherwise you'll need a generator. Due to the added complexity of park setups, we charge an additional $25 park fee.
Inflatables
How does the bounce house stay inflated?
All of our bounce houses require a standard 110V three-pronged outlet and must be placed within 100 feet of that outlet. If your setup location is further than 100 feet or in an open field, a generator will be needed — we can arrange one for an additional charge.
Are your inflatables insured?
Yes — all of our inflatables carry a liability insurance policy. However, this does not replace the need for adequate adult supervision during use. Please ensure a responsible adult is present at all times while the inflatable is in use.
Weather policy
Our most-asked question! Here's our simple policy: if we set up, full payment is expected regardless of weather. If we don't set up due to conditions, your deposit is fully refunded.
What if it rains?
Virginia weather can be unpredictable. Here's how we handle it: if forecasters call for all-day washouts, we won't deliver or set up, and your deposit is fully refunded. If there's only a chance of rain, the decision is yours. If it's not raining at delivery time, we'll set up and process payment. If you decide to cancel, let us know as early as possible and we'll refund your deposit or help you reschedule. Per manufacturer guidelines, inflatables should not be operated during active rain.
